Job Description: Creative E-Commerce Store Head
Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy E-Commerce Store Head to manage our online store, design visuals, edit videos, and handle social media. You will ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (for design)
- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro/Final Cut (for video editing)
- Strong communication skills (for customer & team interaction)
- Basic website management (updating products & creatives)
- Willingness to learn new software
Responsibilities:
- Update products & creatives on the website
- Create, search, and manage design assets for products
- Handle social media pages (maintain quality & uniformity)
- Interact with customers & store staff professionally
- Assist in social media marketing
- Manage store POS (Point of Sale) operations
