 Cancellation and Refund  for Purchased products

This policy applies to all service orders placed through Princess Fashion channels, including the website (www.princessfashion.in), mobile applications, and our boutique.

Return Eligibility:

  • Dress, sarees and ready-made blouses are eligible for exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Not accepted for return or exchange:
    • Orders with saree fall and edging services or readymade/stitched blouses
    • Sarees with blouse detachment services

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Customers can initiate a return request by emailing info@naarithva.com with the order details and the return reason.
  • In case of damaged/incorrect item, a photograph of the product, the price tag, and the packing cover is mandatory.

Return Conditions:

  • The products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused.
  • The price tag (and the silk mark tag if applicable) has to be present.
  • The saree folding must be intact.

Reverse Pickup:

  • Reverse pick up is available for damaged/defective items or incorrect items for selected pin codes.

Return Shipping Cost:

  • Onward logistic cost of Rs. 80/- for each item will be charged on free shipping orders.

Refunds:

  • Refund/gift card will be issued after receiving the item and approved by the quality assurance team.
  • Refund amount/gift card will include only the cost of the product. Any other cost incurred for the order by the company/customer will not be refunded.
  • All refunds will be credited to the same payment mode through which the order was paid.
  • The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to credit from the date of initiation.

Exchange:

  • Exchange can be done only once.
  • Gift card will have validity of 3 months from the date of issue.
  • You can use the gift card to purchase any product available on their website.

Additional Notes:

  • Naarithva cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree/accessories after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care, and other normal wear and tear.

Product Information

While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our garments, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. This may be due to factors such as variations in fabric dyes, inherent fabric characteristics (like stretch or drape), and differences in display settings on your device.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it enters production. Once production has begun, including activities such as fabric cutting, stitching, or designer consultation, cancellation is generally not possible.

Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided.

Exceptions

In limited cases, we may consider partial refunds or exchanges. Please contact us at c.princessonline@gmail.com or +919449100820 within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss any concerns.

Alterations

We offer complimentary basic alterations for size and fit issues within certain limitations. This may include minor adjustments to length or width.

  • Alterations must be requested within 7 days of receiving the garment.
  • Alterations are limited to size and fit adjustments and do not include changes to the garment's style or design.
  • Customers are responsible for transporting the garment to and from our boutique for alterations.
