Our Returns & Exchange Policy
At Princess Fashion, we understand that celebrations are about creating joyful memories, and we aim to make your experience seamless. In the rare event that you need to exchange a product, kindly review our policies below:
Domestic Orders
- Orders are eligible for exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns/Exchanges are not applicable for:
- Sarees with fall and edging services.
- Readymade or stitched blouses.
- Customized or made-to-order items.

How to Initiate a mail Return Request
Send an email to c.princessonline@gmail.com with the order details and the reason for return.
For damaged or incorrect items, attach clear photographs of:
- The product.
- The price tag.
- The packaging as delivered.
Our support team will review your request and notify you of approval. Once approved, you will need to pack and ship the product to the address provided below:

Important Notes for Returns
- Products must be in their original condition: unaltered, unused, and with all tags intact (including silk mark tags, if applicable).
- Sarees should be returned in their original folding.
- Reverse pickup is available for damaged/defective/incorrect items for select pin codes.
Additional Charges
- For free shipping orders, an onward logistics fee of ₹80 per item will be charged.
- COD charges are non-refundable.
Refunds and Gift Cards
- Refunds or gift cards will be processed after the returned item passes quality checks.
- Refunds include only the product cost. Any additional costs incurred (e.g., shipping) are non-refundable.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Gift cards issued will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges can only be done once per order.
- Gift cards can be used to purchase any product on our website.

International Orders
We currently do not accept returns for orders delivered outside India.
Please Note
- Princess Fashion is not responsible for damages to products caused after purchase due to improper care, overuse, stains, or other normal wear and tear.
- Customized products and those bought on sale/deal prices are not eligible for exchange or return.
- For cancellations of prepaid orders, a 5% payment gateway and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
